01Why made to measure
Most furniture is designed for an average room. Nobody lives in an average room. Yours has an alcove that's 71 inches wide, a window that sits a little too low and a family of seven who all want the end seat. So we start with your numbers.
Standard sizes leave a gap by the wall, a chair in the doorway, or a table you replace in five years. Every TENON piece starts with the numbers you type in. A maker checks them, draws them, and only then picks up a saw.

Every option shows its price and the reason for it. Nothing is cut until a maker has checked your numbers and you have approved the drawing.
04Craft
Every joint, on show.

- Bridle joints. The leg wraps around the apron and is locked with a 3/8 in oak peg. No metal brackets.
- Book-matched top. Boards laid out by hand so the grain flows across the whole surface.
- Breadboard ends. They keep a wide top flat through humid summers and dry winters.
- Hardwax oil, three coats. Buffed by hand. Scratched? Sand lightly, re-oil, done.
